J.J. Del Castillo is in his second season as a member of the Valparaiso men’s soccer staff, serving as director of soccer operations this year after spending 2011 as a graduate assistant.  He returned to Valparaiso after most recently playing professionally at Atlante F.C. in his native Mexico.
